Wonderful facility with caring, compassionate staff. Everyone was kind, attentive, and respectful, and it was clear they genuinely cared about the residents. The facility was clean, welcoming, and provided a comfortable environment. I would definitely recommend it to others looking for quality care for their loved ones.
Do NOT believe all of these glowing reviews!! They are either employees, bots or paid reviews. The smell and appearance are the least of my complaints. My dad was there for ONE week. His room was moved 2x. They forgot to bring him his meals twice. He was there 6 days before he finally got a bath, even though I'd inquired about it 2 days earlier and was told he'd get one that day. If it's not during the receptionists hours or if she's away from her desk, the phone rings and rings and rings. I had no way of even knowing if I was calling the right number. I was told on a Monday that they were…
Do NOT believe all of these glowing reviews!! I was told on a Monday that they were ordering a urinalysis to rule out a UTI, as of Wednesday they still hadn't even taken a urine sample. The last straw was them telling him he didn't have a dinner tray because he wasn't in the system, and brought him a cold sandwich and cheetos when he finally flagged someone down to ask about his dinner. He'd been there 7 days and in that particular room for 5!! Don't tell me he wasn't in the system or it was a mixup because he'd moved rooms. I did voice all of these concerns with the case worker and director of nursing 2 days before I moved him. They assured me that they knew where the mixup happened and it wouldn't happen again. And then it did! I was able to get him transferred to another facility, but that was an act of GOD!! If this all happened to my father, who can speak for himself and had family checking on him daily; what about those that can't speak up or don't have family looking out for them?
Staff are very nice and welcoming. It overall a very nice place to have your family taken care off.
My grandmother has been living here, and the level of care she receives brings our entire family so much peace of mind. Every time I visit, she is happy, engaged, and excited to tell me about the activities she’s participated in—they truly go above and beyond to keep residents active and involved. The facility itself is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. You can tell there’s a lot of pride in keeping it a comfortable and safe environment. What stands out the most, though, is the staff. They are consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. It’s clear they don’t just see this as a job—they truly care about the residents and treat them with dignity and compassion. I’m so grateful knowing my grandmother is in such a positive, supportive place. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care for their loved one.
My dad has been in this facility over 2 years now and they treat him like a family. Everybody here is very nice and caring. They always reach out to me for anything regarding my dad. I am great full that my dad is under their care.
As a family member awesome care for my aunt.
UPDATED 4/17/2026, my father-in-law had been complaining about not being changed. We went up there on 4/15/2026 to find the mattress soaked with urine that went through the mattress protector, and also their NP there told us his rash on his back near the buttocks waist line was just dry skin and a boil. We decided to take him to the doctor. They provided him with antibiotics and tropical cream for his infected skin. Well, the NP in charge was highly defective. Please, I urge everyone to think twice about this place. We are doing what we can to try to get him the help he needs. At first, it was all good, but we are 5 months down the line, from the director to the social worker, it's been the worst experience. We received multiple calls about inaccurate information. Social worker, we can't help your loved ones, yet we make overly promising promises they never keep. Mind you, it’s been recorded. We have received multiple calls about falls, but we haven't heard of any plans to prevent them. Check on your love's horrible smell like urine the moment you walk in. They're able to take your money, demand it, and promise payment plans; it doesn’t happen. Sharon seemed to be a nice person at first, but then she showed her true colors. As I said, I have the record of a phone call with a social worker and the last incident as well. They have been sued nationwide by the McHugh Fuller Law Firm from Mississippi.
I had an amazing experience at PruittHealth Care! The energy was so positive and uplifting, and it truly felt like the staff genuinely cared about the residents. Everything was well-organized and welcoming. My team and I spent a few hours with the seniors playing bingo and giving out prizes, and it was such a joyful and memorable time. You could really feel the sense of community and compassion throughout the facility. I’m grateful for the experience and look forward to visiting again!
