4.8 · 140 reviewsMy mother feels very comfortable at Arbor Terrace at Burnt Hickory. Everyone who works there is so kind and thoughtful. My husband and I visit from Canada whenever we can and are impressed by the excellent care Mom receives. We always get a warm and friendly welcome from Roshelle and the other ladies at the front desk. They all do a great job! Also Keneisha was very good with my brother when he lived there. We're grateful for Greg's help too, encouraging Mom to join in the activities.
I am a hospice nurse and go into many communities. I always love coming to Arbor Terrace of Burnt Hickory, I reel like I am home with friends here. The staff truly care so much about their residents and the people like me who come to visit their residents. The staff are always the same with low turnover or change in staff. Rochelle, at the front desk, makes everyone feel special and always has a smile and a kind word for everyone. The med techs are wonderful and take such good care of the residents. Rochelle, at the front desk, makes everyone feel special and always has a smile and a kind word for everyone. The med techs are wonderful and take such good care of the residents. Victor, Che, Joyce, Helen, Rachel are all so sweet and knowledgeable. Terrivia is the memory care director and she is kind and smart; and takes excellent care of the residents. There are many other people who make Arbor Terrace of Burnt Hickory top notch like Dominick and Zach and many others.
My cousin moved to Arbor Terrace Burnt Hickory memory care nine months ago. As one of her caregivers, I am there often. We have been so pleased with the care that she receives and the support that they give the family, as well. They truly care about the well-being of the residents. My cousin enjoys the activities and the attention that she receives. Our family always feels welcome and the staff members always have a smile and a pleasant word for us. So glad we found Arbor Terrace.

I've always been greeted graciously, with friendliness, when visiting Arbor Terrace Burnt Hickory. Roshelle, in particular, is a delight! The staff have been consistently willing to assist and accommodate the visits I make to support a resident living there.
We love Arbor Terrace, they take such good care of our grandparents and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Roshelle at the front goes over and beyond to make us feel welcomed and to make sure she is keeping up with everyone and everything. All of the staff is amazing and does such a good job, Malenna, Towanda, Terriva and Victor are some of the best and they truly care. Even the maintenance staff Mr. Kim and his team are so thoughtful and take great care of the place. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking to give their parents or grandparents a second home that gave them a piece of mind!
I recently had the opportunity to visit Arbor Terrace of Burnt Hickory and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the community felt warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. Rochelle at the front desk was especially kind, friendly, and helpful — the type of person who immediately makes you feel comfortable and at ease. One thing that really stood out to me was how engaged the residents were. Residents were socializing, participating in activities, and genuinely seemed connected and happy. Everyone here has been super warm and welcoming. They’ve done everything they can to make my mother feel at ease and get engaged in the daily activities. The staff are genuinely caring and very supportive.
My mom has been at Arbor Terrace for about 2 years. The staff is absolutely wonderful. She enjoys the community, food and feels very much at home. She gets additional assistance with her ADLs and any issue is promptly communicated with me. I would highly recommend this place for anyone’s mom or dad without hesitation.
