The management at this complex does as little as possible and has very little regard for tenant's safety or comfort. As long as you don't complain or question anything that they do then you won't have a problem but the minute you have an opinion that's different from theirs you will immediately see another side of them that's not only vindictive and unpleasant but unprofessional as well.
The grounds are kept up very well. But there are no amenities here at all. Also no place for storage at all. Only have 2 feet or less of kitchen counter space and the kitchen is so small, it gets extremely hot when the oven is on. Fire extinguisher's were recently removed from all apartments which I didn't understand. The apartment just isn't worth what we pay in rent.. And rent has increased twice in less than 2 years. It is very disappointing when compared with other senior living apartments. But the lack of amenities are the biggest issue. Especially since rent is so high. Very unhappy…

Nice place to live. They renovating to provide a nicer quality of living for their seniors. The staff is interpersonal, professional, kind, compassionate, and helpful.
I lived in Edinborough once before. The downstairs apartments had front and back doors, and maybe I was just lucky because I had some really good neighbors. The place was nice. The buildings are showing some age, but they have really good maintenance people. We did our own cooking.
These are wonderful senior apartments. Everything is going very well, I really like it here. A place for mom did a amazing job with helping me. They do a very good job with keeping the apartment grounds very nice and well-kept. The office staff have been very pleasant to work with. There is a clubhouse where the residents go to play card games. These are senior apartments that I would recommend.
My brother is in Edinborough, and the staff there is wonderful, caring, and concerned about the residents' situations. It is a little set back in the woods. I really like it; it is exactly where he needed to be. They have activities, and he seems to be very happy there. But they should have easy access for going up and down stairs.
I love Edinborough! I have a 2 brdm and it makes me feel like I am in my home. Windows are on both sides of the apartment and I have 2 gardening areas, outside my backdoor, and outside my front door. I have screens on both doors and when it is warm I leave my doors open. The courtyards are beautiful and management makes sure residents are happy. I know people who have lived here for many years. The staff are the best I have ever known.
