3.2 · 85 reviewsI called this morning to introduce my healthcare staffing agency and at the time I didn't know that who I speaking with was the administrator. She was extremely rude to me and customer service is a negative zero and I wish I could give it to her. She even laughed in my face and hung up the phone. Customer service is part of the business. She was extremely snappy. If you're loved one is there I would check. She's not a pleasant person.
I recently had the opportunity to visit this nursing home, and I was genuinely impressed by how clean, beautiful, and welcoming the inside of the facility was. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt calm, warm, and well-maintained. The hallways were spotless, the common areas were tastefully decorated, and everything had a fresh, well-cared-for feel. It was clear that the staff takes pride in keeping the facility in top condition for the residents and their families. I recently had the opportunity to visit this nursing home, and I was genuinely impressed by how clean, beautiful, and welcoming the inside of the facility was. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt calm, warm, and well-maintained. The hallways were spotless, the common areas were tastefully decorated, and everything had a fresh, well-cared-for feel. It was clear that the staff takes pride in keeping the facility in top condition for the residents and their families. I also want to recognize one of the nurses, Ms.Debra, who truly stood out during my visit. She was not only professional and attentive but also incredibly kind and compassionate. You could tell she genuinely cares for the residents and treats them with dignity and respect. Her warm demeanor made a lasting impression and brought a real sense of comfort and trust. 🫶🏾🙏🏾

Azalea Manor is amazing the staff is highly qualified for the residents care. Food is carefully planned and delicious. The new administrator brings over 25 years of experience and is a guardian angel to all residents and staff.
[name removed]-Ex-Wife, Was impressAzalea Manor and upon initial evaluation and touring. At the time the director was [name removed] and her assistant Director was [name removed]. Everything seem to have been running very smooth and they were on top of things. And three weeks later, [name removed] was gone, and three weeks after that [name removed] was gone. And then I felt that everything fell apart. It seems as if the facilities not covered properly by anyone in charge. No one taking responsibility for the clients. Lack of staff and Attention. Cold rooms floors not swept. Unable to get a hold of the manager or Director [name removed] by phone. That’s very disturbing. [name removed] was out of his blood pressure medicine and no one informed anyone of the situation until his blood pressure was accidentally caught which measured 174/104. Unsafe!!! Medication was supposed to have been given to pharmacy to bubble package and that has not been done yet. That information was not passed along or carried through.
I went to Azalea Manor. It looked very homey, very comfortable. The people that I did see looked very happy. The administrator was very nice, and very friendly. She was helpful. It looked like a nice, clean facility. It had more of a family atmosphere. So I liked that a lot.
The staff at Azalea Manor are kind and it is very affordable for the area but it is a no frills place. It was one of the few we could afford.
