2.7 · 54 reviewsThis place is run down in bad shape. Needs complete renovation, most of the staff can hardley speek english. Food is terrible. Don’t care sbout your specific diet, same food for eveyone. Kitchen dosn’t understand specific diets.Don’t think i would recomend at this time.
I can NOT tell you how much of a lifesaver this facility was for my family. My father was in another nearby facility, that had a 4-Star Medicare rating and 4-Star Google rating. DO NOT believe every review you read!! After a week in the other facility, we'd had enough of their neglect and excuses. I dropped in at Autumn Breeze unannounced for a tour and to see if they had a bed available. Lee, the admissions director, showed me around the whole facility and introduced me to all their dept. heads. I had a great feeling from the moment I walked in the door. DO NOT believe every review you read!! After a week in the other facility, we'd had enough of their neglect and excuses. I dropped in at Autumn Breeze unannounced for a tour and to see if they had a bed available. Lee, the admissions director, showed me around the whole facility and introduced me to all their dept. heads. I had a great feeling from the moment I walked in the door. Was it nicer than the other place? No. But my dad never had to worry about whether they were going to bring him his breakfast or dinner...and the food was GREAT!! Nor did he have to wonder when he'd get a bath/shower. Carol, the administrator, came by every day to check on him and make sure he had everything he needed. (I never even laid eyes on the administrator at the other facility). Today, after 9 days there, we busted dad out of there and my heart melted at all the staff members stopping him in the hall to give him a hug and to tell him they were going to miss him. If your loved one needs full-time care of just a short stay in rehab, I promise you they will be well cared for at Autumn Breeze. I hope we never have to experience this again, but if we do...we'll be calling them first!!
This facility is subpar. I am astonished that the state of Georgia has not intervened to close this location. The staff at this site are underperforming. I am surprised that such a facility exists in Marietta. The staff exhibits a cavalier attitude towards clients/patients. Upon observation and monitoring, it has become evident that these issues have been ongoing for a considerable period. Now if the client has a male name Francis they are blessed because he was very kind to his clients.

I completed my CNA clinical hours at this facility and had a great experience. The staff was supportive, professional, and always willing to help. The facility was clean, organized, and focused on providing quality resident care. It was an excellent learning environment, and I gained valuable hands-on experience during my training.
This rehabilitation center is truly one of the best in the area. From the exceptional rehabilitation department to the clean, fresh environment and the warm, friendly staff, every aspect reflects a commitment to quality care and patient well-being.
I was really hesitant to move my father into a nursing home. The staff at Autumn Breeze have taken care of my father. This has been such a difficult decision for me and my family to make, I know my father is in the hands of the most caring and compassionate place he can be.
They have done a truly great job taking care of my friend. All the Cna's are so kind.
