4.2 · 20 reviewsOther families looking to move into this facility should first do the research . The apartment has roaches and the building is not that clean or safe. About the staff. You can call from now to next year , no one returns your calls and the excuses and lies are unbecoming of a business. The best staff member who ever worked at this facility was [name removed] In the last year look how many residents has moved out. What you all did to me, was shameful.
It was a pleasure working with [name removed] very personable and knowledgeable. She was very pleasant! We look forward to working with her in the future! We toured the property and was very impressed! Rick and Mary!
I've lived here for almost 5 years and have to say that I have enjoyed all of them. People are friendly and we are close to great food and shopping. The staff are awesome. They always have a smile and if there is a problem they are quick to fix it. Due to Covid everything is closed in the building which is a good thing. They are keeping us safe. When the building reopens there is always something to get involved in. I highly recommend making this your new home.

Only 11 years old, awesome kitchen, good amount of cabinets, washer drier connections I loved them
I have no complaints of how things are going for my loved one since she has made the move into this community. The staff have been helpful with the move and she has made the transition easily. The apartment was clean upon move in and has great amenities available to her. The only problem she has had was a little bit of an ant problem. The staff have been on top of it and are making sure to take care of the problem.
No One was at the facility to give me a tour nor did anyone know anything about . :-(. Not sure why. Guy said I had to come back another day during the week . That said the outside look nice and well-kept up: My advice is if you schedule a tour through the service you may want to contact the facility directly to verify they know about it .
All is well and I am doing fine. The community is very clean and the staff have been nice too. The only issue is the smell and linger of smoke through the vents. It effects the hallways for those walking by and irritating for me. For the non-smokers they should find an accommodation like filters for the vents or make a non-smoking apartment building to avoid issues.
