Kelly seemed to understand exactly what we needed and went with us to several places . She knew the questions to ask and explained the process to us as we continued our search. We could not have found the proper place without her help!

When I called her at 9:00 p.m. on a Sunday, I was overwhelmed and desperately trying to find a new memory care home for my mother-in-law as quickly as possible. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough nice things about Brittany at The Right Move Senior Resource & Placement Service. She is one of the kindest, most genuine, and compassionate people I’ve ever met. When I called her at 9:00 p.m. on a Sunday, I was overwhelmed and desperately trying to find a new memory care home for my mother-in-law as quickly as possible. Even though it was late, Brittany stayed on the phone with me for a long time, patiently answering my questions, listening to my concerns, and helping me understand our options. She never once made me feel rushed or annoyed at all that I called her on a weekend. By Tuesday night, my mother-in-law was moved into an amazing new memory care home. The owner and caregivers there have been wonderful, and I truly believe we found the perfect place because of Brittany’s guidance. During one of the most stressful and emotional times for our family, Brittany brought peace, hope, and reassurance. Her knowledge of senior care, quick response, genuine compassion, and dedication to finding the right fit are exceptional. Trying to navigate a whole new, strange world that you'll only deal with a few times in your life, if you're lucky, was made so unbelievably easy, I can't imagine doing this myself! Penny was able to match up my mom with the perfect community, I had no idea how they differed. And finding the right community was just the start, I had no idea about the different ways everything can be structured based on everybody's different circumstances. Working with Brittany at The Right Move has been an excellent experience. She has assisted me with finding quality care communities within our budget and time frame for my mother who has advanced dementia. When my mom had a life changing event and her community could no longer care for her, Brittany worked around the clock to find her an amazing new home that had availability to take her within a days notice. I am thrilled with the experience that I have received from Brittany and The Right Move Senior Resource and Placement Service and would recommend their services to anyone looking for a new home for their loved one.
The Right Move has been a Godsend for our family. From the beginning, Brittany was with us every step of the way, helping us find the perfect place for our parents. Brittany Howell and The Right Move were an absolute blessing for our family during a very stressful time. With my dad living out of state, we felt overwhelmed trying to navigate memory care options on our own, but Brittany stepped in and immediately brought clarity, compassion, and expertise to the process. She took the time to truly understand my dad’s needs, our family dynamics, and our concerns, then carefully guided us toward a memory care community that turned out to be the perfect fit. Throughout the entire journey, she was patient, responsive, and incredibly supportive. She never made us feel rushed and always making us feel heard. I am deeply grateful for her professionalism and heart, and I would recommend Brittany and The Right Move without hesitation to any family facing the difficult task of finding the right memory care solution for a loved one.
I don't know if I can truly express how wonderful it was to connect with Penny Quale at Right Move Senior Resource & Placement and how much she has helped our family. Mom had a stroke on 2.14.26 after living 93 years at home. We knew we were in for a transition and when someone offered us Penny's card we didn't know how it would change our lives. From the first inquiry phone call to mom's placement in assisted living, Penny has been there every step of the way to explain the resources available and to answer every question. And we had a lot of questions. She offered info on placements where we are located in (Raleigh, NC) as well as placements where mom is located (Panhandle Florida) so we could make the best decision with mom's preferences at the forefront. We placed mom at Superior Residences in Panama City Beach, FL with Penny's assistance and she was there at our initial meeting with the staff. She has also been there every step in this process. Penny has checked in on mom as she transitioned from a rehabilitation hospital to assisted living and has been there as we are not in the area to check in on a daily basis. Her services did not stop and won't stop with the "sell" or the "placement". She has been there with our numerous texts and calls to check in on mom and is an extension of our family to make sure mom is living her best in her new home. We are so happy to have found Penny and to have her as part of our village. Can't wait to have her help when we need to find our next place.
