If you want a transparent and ethical and compassionate environment for your family member who needs help, LOOK ELSEWHERE. The administrative staff—specifically Shawntae, the Social Services Director, and Tiffany, the Admissions Director—are the absolute worst to deal with. They are completely unfriendly and uncouth and deceitful and they make what is already a stressful situation an absolute nightmare. I say this as someone whose mother was unfortunately at Cumming Health and Rehab. Look elsewhere. Please.
My husband recently stayed at your facility. We are so thankful we found you. Everything about it is excellent. It is clean, organized, professional, but most importantly, it is caring. The entire staff, from Terry at the front desk to the kind people throughout the entire building are topnotch. We didn't get all their names, but we should have. Just to name a few of your fantastic staff, we'll start with Shawntae- Social Worker. The Director (Lisa), the Doctors (Dr. Sheikh Wu), to the Nurses and Rehab Therapists are truly outstanding! Nurses Autumn, Jong, Bella, Jada, Erica and Mariama are truly exceptional--always kind, helpful and professional.

My mother was a patient for 2 years. We could not have been more pleased... in every way. Many times she told me how happy she was. The staff is amazing! They are kind, loving, and very professional. We could not have asked for more. When Mother was in her final days, the staff surrounded her, my brother, and me with love and kindness. We could not have asked for more.
Had such a positive experience with NIah Lane in Pt dept,excellent employee and very knowledgeable! Margaret (Cna ) exceptional care and concern ,300 hall! Emily G, excellent night and weekend Cna Carrie 300 hall Nurse does outstanding job snd is rxtremely quick to respond!
I’m so pleased that I stayed here. The reason I am getting to go home, is the wonderful care that I received while staying here. Two of my most favorite care takers are BK and Rebecca. I didn’t even have to ask for things that I wanted each day, they just knew.
A huge, thank you to all the wonderful people that have helped us with my mom’s recovery. The staff is amazing and special shoutouts to Nirpal, Noah, Tiffany, Kaitlin, Lisa, Dr. Wu, Shante, Bet, and OT, PTstaff. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Great experience.
Love this place. They treat my grandad with care and Marie is the sweetest and so calm with everyone!!
