The facility is always clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, and the meals and activities provide a wonderful quality of life. It’s clear that everyone here is dedicated to making residents feel safe, comfortable, and valued. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for exceptional care for their loved one.
My mother lived at Terra Bella/Iris Place for 14 years. It was a great place for her to age in place. Beautiful campus. Good people.
My mother-in-law called Terra Bella home, for the last 6 years of her long life. She was so happy and had so much fun there! She met wonderful friends, residents and employees, alike! They had all kinds of social activities which kept her sharp, physically and mentally. If we had it to do all over again, there is no doubt, Terra Bella is where we’d move her and if she could do it all over, that’s where she’d want to be too.

TerraBella is an active, friendly, "welcome with open arms" community. The residents are wonderful. The staff is compassionate and caring. Place is beautiful, plenty of activities, meals are great! Love this place!!
Terra Bella at Epps Bridge is a truly wonderful senior community. The staff is caring and patient. Dana is a big-hearted, strong, capable leader who looks out for her residents. The kitchen staff offer a lovely dining experience and delicious food. Lively musical talent is brought in regularly to the delight of the residents. It's a loving community of which to be a part.
Terra Bella Epps Bridge is an elite senior living community in the Athens and Oconee area conveniently located in a beautiful wooded area. The apartments and cottages are very nice and the facility’s main building features a spacious dining room, atrium, activity and social areas, exercise gym, and comfortable seating for mingling and more. If you are looking to live an active lifestyle without the hassles of home ownership, this is a great option! Housekeeping, utilities, security, and meal plan is included in rental fee. Plus the staff are dedicated, friendly and helpful.
My mom was a resident of TerraBella for five years with Dana as part of the management then and was very happy there. We visit each week singing with the residents. It is a delightful place to call home.
Terra Bella’s Staff is always kind, patient and attentive to the residents. Dana, Hannah and Emily Kate are awesome! The rooms are well-kept, the common areas are clean and the grounds are secure. There are fun daily activities and tasty healthy meals. I love to visit Terra Bella with my Preschool Kindness Club.We visit the residents about four times a year. We sing and make crafts with the residents. Our favorite activity last year was the Easter Egg Hunt!
