My house is in rehab relearning to walk. He is also a resident now. They treat him awesome His nurses are all very nice. I wouldn't want him at any other rehab / nursing home
This is such a horrible place. Some nurses that work there should be audit because some of them are lazy and dont care about other peoples loved ones . Why does this keep continuing to be allowed and no one ever picks up the phones ever.
Thank God I am only here for Rehab the nurses and staff here are awful they do not care if you got water they do not care if you are wet I will give a good shout out to the rehab they did get me walking again I'm so glad I feel sorry for the people here
Really great professionalism all the way from the nurses aides to the physical/occupational therapists. I was hesitant for my grandpa to come here even though it was short term for his recovery after a fall he had because the reviews weren't very positive but we've seen nothing but exceptional service and care from everyone from the nutrition staff to the cleaning staff. Place is well looked after and so are th residents. Haven't seen anything negative at all.
I have to say this has been a beautiful nurses that know the best that they are, each one has a different personality or smarts. One day I will be gone here but I will still remember this place. I had a stroke with lots of problems in my brain and my heart my arms legs and my pelvis area.
I wouldn’t send a dog there. The staff were good, but the place is a disaster .
I understand a lot of places are short-staffed. But that does not give the excuse of people having to sit with odors on them and around them. Today March 2 2023 has informed all residents that they will only be given a bath twice a week. 😡
My grandmother passed away in 2020 due to a second round of COVID. While living they took great care of her, upon death someone took an heirloom ring off her hand. My grandmother had a lot of property stolen. Don't send anything that you want back to this place. Everyone who has stuff missing should call the police. I was stopped by my mother is the only reason I didn't. To take a ring off of a dead person is beyond sick. Good to people but a bunch of thieves
