4.5 · 242 reviewsI have friends (an older couple) that have moved there very recently. The place is very neat and clean, the food is very good and they love it there. The people that live there are very friendly and the place has a lot of activities. It is situated very near the Northeast Georgia Hospital .... great location and easy access to their doctors!
My grandmother lives here and they seem to be very accommodating! We had a Christmas lunch here that was excellent! Shes happy and it's felt like home here for her in a short amount of time!
Daphne was so knowledgeable and helpful showing us around this welcoming place! She was very responsive as well. Highly recommend!

I work in healthcare and I’m in lots of communities every week and this place is so inviting and fun. The residents are happy and thriving. Daphne the sales director goes above and beyond for her current residents and future residents. Michael has done an amazing job creating a new vision and the hospitality really shows. Activties with Amy and events with the whole team are so much fun and top tier. Melissa does a wonderful job in the office and creating a wonderful atmosphere! This is the place I would want to be if I were in independent living.
The atmosphere is wonderful. When you walk in the door, the employees are Pleasant and professional! My overall experience was delightful!
First off, this is NOT an assisted living facility!! It is strictly INDEPENDENT! Living!! Please stop advertising it incorrectly!! It is a great place to live with wonderful food, lots of activities and a warm group of residents. But it is not the place for those needing a lot of assistance or continual monitoring and care!!
Daphne was wonderful in helping us get acquainted with Smoky Springs. Our tour was very informative and we are confident we have made the right decision for my mother. The residents we met were all very positive about Smoky Springs. Some these residents were old friends of my mother. A very nice well run facility.
We first toured in May 2025 and moved Mom in later that month. Daphne was a wealth of knowledge about Smokey Springs and all it has to offer. Mom has been there 5 months and enjoys the place and people she’s met. They have tons of activities and a bus to transport residents to store or appointments. We toured 4 facilities before deciding on Smokey Springs. Daphne made a difference in making our decision. She went above and beyond on everything.
