4.8 · 64 reviewsNicole Osbourn, the new Director of Nursing at Morning Pointe Happy Valley is amazing. Her communication skills and concern for the residents shows in her actions! A big thanks to her and the team for all they are doing for the residents!
I’m so glad I’ve made the right decision for my mom and family. The lantern has met all of my mother’s needs and shown her such great love from all the employees. She told me this week she even gets a good night kiss. Resident for two months. Thank You morning point..
Our experience with Morning Pointe at Happy Valley was disappointing and concerning. My parents were placed in memory care even though my father was fully independent and able to assist in caring for my mother, who has Alzheimer’s. It’s important to note that my mother has absolutely no elopement issues. The distinction between assisted living and memory care is important, and in this case, the facility later acknowledged that memory care was not appropriate and agreed to move them to assisted living. However, after my mother was hospitalized following a fall, the assisted living apartment that had been promised to them was given to another resident without any communication with our family. My parents never returned to the facility after that. Unfortunately, this experience reflected a pattern of poor judgment and inadequate communication. Families should carefully evaluate placement practices and ask many questions before choosing to put their loved ones here.

Great place to live very clean need Great staff
Dietary Aide Kayleigh McGraw's service is exceptional! I visited my Mom for the first time, and we had lunch together. Kayleigh was smiling and helpful, and when I asked for a straw, Kayleigh was there with it immediately! She helped make me feel like my Mom had made a good choice to be at Morning Pointe.
A fabulous community in a country setting with plenty of care for your loved one. The staff is amazing and will see to the needs of the residents!!
Our mother is being over medicated and even after discussions with the administrator and head nurse, our mother again today has be over medicated. We have had to hire 12 hour a day extra caregivers and they can not even move her she is so out of it!! We are extremely frustrated, concerned and furious that our multiple requests to change her meds have been repeatedly ignored. May be time to look for a new, more responsible facility!
Great people and a wonderful facility.
