The only thing this place inspires is to make sure you never end up here. This is for the Memory Care center. Our patient was there for a month and a half, but the place is such a disaster that we ended up visiting her every day before we found her another place. The turnover at this place is so high that we won't see the same person more than a few times. There is no one in charge who is responsible or willing to answer anything. Our patient was found left alone outside in the bushes, end up sleeping in a random room that it's door happened to be open, fell, was left with a single layer of…
The only thing this place inspires is to make sure you never end up here. This is for the Memory Care center. Our patient was there for a month and a half, but the place is such a disaster that we ended up visiting her every day before we found her another place. The turnover at this place is so high that we won't see the same person more than a few times. There is no one in charge who is responsible or willing to answer anything. Our patient was found left alone outside in the bushes, end up sleeping in a random room that it's door happened to be open, fell, was left with a single layer of cloths on a chili day, found her med all over the floor (giving her med was part of the service), was not showered for days, lost/misplaced her stuff (nothing valuable).... We emailed incidents to the person who we were told is in charge and never heard back and no one on site can give you a clear respond. There is always someone else who is in charge that you need to call or email and will never get back to you. Found a poor guy walking in down pour rain and brought it to their attention and took their sweet time before they go out to take him All is not bad. They are great when they're selling you and sending you bills. So much so that they ask for the payment after a month that we left. Talking about left hand not knowing what right hand is doing
We are so blessed to have my aunt cared for at Inspired Living. No long term care is perfect, but the staff in the memory care deserve serious praise. The facility is very clean, the residents (including my aunt) stay well dressed and every time we have visited they are engaged in some activity. She is well cared for, and the peace of mind Inspired gives us is invaluable.
My mother is well taken care of . I have to brag about one of the caregivers Katrina who genuinely cares about my mother and her well being . She goes the extra mile & gives my mom much love & attention My mother & my sisters think she is so special . Also a shout out to Keisha & Monet too . Thanks Inspired Living & everyone else who attends to my mom
We were there only 2 months and Glen Thomas, the Front desk concierge , has gone above and beyond for us . The package which was very important was not labeled correctly from Amazon yet he went out of his way to locate for my mom.but beyond that he put the shower chair together himself and brought it to my mom. This was wonderful of him and he is an exemplary, kind asset here .
I recently inadvertently deleted a review I posted. My Mom lives at Inspired Living in Alpharetta. What separates this facility from others is the genuinely caring employees. From Glenn and Sue at the front desk - who both obviously love their jobs. To Olivia the cleaning person who takes such pride in taking care of Mom's room - even making the bed like Mom wants it. There are always some bad apples and people who are lazy in any work place and hopefully the new management is working on improving that. The caregivers on the day shift are the best! Especially Katrina. She loves on my Mom and will give her tough love when merited. My sisters and I know not to worry about Mom when we know Katrina's there. The medtechs - Joyce and recently promoted Keisha. I've personally witnessed Joyce caringly spoon feeding Mom her meds on a random day that she didn't want her pills. The in-house PT peops. Inparticularly Bryan and Meanu (they are all great but my interaction is mainly these 2). Genuinely caring! They truly enjoy their interactions with the residents and take time to chat with their families as well. No place is perfect. There is room for improvement. I'm disappointed in the lack of the barbershop/hair salon hours. Having one in the facility was a selling point for us. They have been going thru management changes and seem to go thru executive directors. I never know who to direct my inquiries to and recently got notice of another price increase. Between a rock and a hard place. Can't really move her at this point. The good people and care out weigh the price increase and the trauma of another move.
This place is great. Melissa Battle has been a great help with all my questions for my mom. I would rate her a 5 star
Moving mom to memory care was a very hard decision for our family. Melissa at Inspired Living is and has helped us through the process. She is always there to answer our questions and takes the time to get to know our family and most important our mom. Melissa is always positive and always has a smile on her face. Melissa is a FIVE on a score 1-5 with 5 being the Very Best. Thank you Melissa for all your help.
Care staff is very friendly and helpful with all services.
