Fortunately, we found Chris Lyboldt with Senior Care Authority Atlanta. Chris took the time to understand what was important to my parents and then guided them through the process with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. The proof was in the results. After touring the very first community Chris recommended, my parents looked at each other and said, “We don’t need to see another place.” The remaining tours were canceled. Even after they made their decision, Chris continued to advocate for them, helping secure the perfect apartment and negotiating favorable lease terms. What could have been an overwhelming transition became a smooth and positive experience for our entire family. My 62 year old sister has MD and is confined to a wheelchair. Her mind is sharp but her body is weak and requires help. She needs a caregiver in the morning to get ready for the day and one at night to prepare for bedtime. Chris Lyboldt met with us and patiently listened to her specialized needs. He found the perfect independent apartment home with proper care at a reasonable price. Chris's expertise and compassion helped my sister and our entire family tremendously. We are very grateful for his guidance during our difficult time.

Chris Lyboldt, Senior Advisor, was super helpful recently as I tried to navigate appropriate care for m brother who recently suffered a traumatic brain injury and needs a specific environment.We are all navigating new avenues for him to be safe AND receive needed therapies. Chris was very empathetic and gave thoughtful advice and points to keep in mind. Highly recommend his services.
My sisters and I were referred to Chris Lyboldt when the assisted living facility that my parents were currently living in turned out to be a huge disappointment. Chris listened carefully to our needs and suggested several places that he thought might be better for them. He came with us to tour each facility and helped us to ask the right questions. He was genuine, patient, compassionate, and deeply concerned about the welfare of my parents. Not only did he help us find a much better place, but he continues to champion for them when we need him to. We are so happy to have found him. He has made one of the most stressful and challenging experiences of our lives much more bearable. I highly recommend Chris Lyboldt for anyone needing assistance in finding the right care facility for their loved one. Chris guided us through every step of the process with empathy and expertise, helping us understand different types of care options and touring facilities until we found the best fit for my mom. He worked within our budget, arranged tours of memory care and assisted living facilities, and even joined us on the visits. He also supported us through my mom’s move from New Orleans to Atlanta, making the transition much smoother.
