Our family is so grateful for Arbor Terrace Crabapple. My mother's move was sudden and came during one of the most difficult times of her life. After the unexpected loss of my father, her husband of 67 years, she not only lost the love of her life but also the home, routines, and life she had known for decades. Everything changed overnight. The team at Arbor Terrace welcomed her with kindness, patience, and compassion at a time when she needed it most. After my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and could not live by herself any more, I moved my mother to Roswell from south GA. I wanted her to have the best doctors, resources and the best assisted living options. After researching and visiting facilities in the area, I found Arbor Terrace at Crabapple. To anyone searching, let me tell you, Arbor Terrace has been everything I hoped it would be for her. She is not only happy but the care she receives, the friends she has made and the amazing staff have exceeded all expectations. I cannot say enough great things about the staff. They treat each resident with such kindness and makes them feel at home, as well as their families who come visit. Arbor Terrace at Crabapple has such fun field trips, activities, parties and again amazing staff members. I’m so happy I have found a place that she and I both love and meets all of her needs.
Our family wanted nothing but the best for our parents, and Arbor Terrace Crabapple has delivered beyond what we hoped for. What stands out most is how the staff know every single resident by name — it's a small thing that means everything. The facility is immaculate, the activities run seven days a week keeping everyone active and social, and our parents have adjusted better than we ever hoped. We went from worried to genuinely grateful in a short amount of time.

Arbor Terrace at Crabapple Road is a jewel n this community. Although we chose another facility ultimately, the staff in this place is kind and supportive. There are plenty of caring staff present for their residents. Dori, director of placement, was very compassionate and helpful to me. It is obvious that this company has created a facility for seniors who can feel safe, loved, and “at home”!
Dori at Arbor Terrace crab apple was so easy to work with her she has been a great partner and a top tier communicator, she made the process so much smooth and easy. Thank you Dori I hope to work with you in the future.
After my dad died I was in a crunch and initially moved my mother to another facility (Atria) that was a bad fit. We were fortunate to find an opening at Arbor Terrace (thanks to Dori) after 2 months and had her at AT for a year. Really well run with caring staff. Took care of everything we needed. My mom is difficult in many ways, but the staff learned to understand her and adapt. Did not force stringent ways of doing things—learned and adapted to her.
I am very grateful for the dedicated and caring staff at Arbor Terrace Crabapple. My mom has been lovingly cared for and made to feel known . It was a hard season for me as a daughter to make the decision to move my l from her home. Because of the tender care and compassion of Dori , and the support and care of Rachel and the care team , and the invitations from Stephanie and the engagement team to my mom to engage In the many fun activities, I have been able to rest knowing my mom is well cared for .
This community is top notch. The amount of professionalism is exceptional. Staff members are attentive, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to the well-being of each resident. The environment is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to promote both safety and independence. It truly is a wonderful option for your loved one!!
