This place is extraordinary. So beautiful. It was hard to make the decision to put my Mom into a Memory Care after having cared for her in my home 7 years. She has been resident at The Spires for 4 months now and it’s been the best decision.Having her there is peace of mind for me as all her needs are met and the staff is wonderful. I could not recommend them more. The food is great, facilities are clean, nurses/caregivers are sweet and there are so many activities to keep my mom’s mind engaged. She keeps a smile on her face daily. The rehab department goes above and beyond to ensure my Mom…

This place is extraordinary. So beautiful. It was hard to make the decision to put my Mom into a Memory Care after having cared for her in my home 7 years. She has been resident at The Spires for 4 months now and it’s been the best decision.Having her there is peace of mind for me as all her needs are met and the staff is wonderful. I could not recommend them more. The food is great, facilities are clean, nurses/caregivers are sweet and there are so many activities to keep my mom’s mind engaged. She keeps a smile on her face daily. The rehab department goes above and beyond to ensure my Mom is able to remain mobile as long as possible and their free monthly dementia education/support group has been an invaluable to me. The Spires is the best of the best.
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the Spires at Berry. Chase was an excellent guide and gave us lots of good information about the community/CCRC. The property is beautiful! There is no place like Berry!

We recently did a tour of The Spires and were blown away with the facilities and staff we met. Everyone was very helpful and tirelessly answered all of our questions.
We have been interested in finding a retirement facility that would be suitable to our needs. Our visit to The Spires was very pleasant. Both the facility and the grounds were beautiful and well cared for. Our host was very helpful and provided needed information and responded to our questions. All in all, we believe the facility offers some excellent possibilities.
Beautiful location and decor. Probably a great place for independent living.
While the programming and facility at the independent living area here may be great, the area of concern at The Spires is when you or your loved one needs to be escalated to skilled nursing care. My father in law was moved to skilled nursing on Tuesday and it has been a total nightmare. Disinterested nurses and floor staff, incompetence, and a complete lack for human decency. The nurses have ignored his questions and don’t even seem to be willing or capable of taking care of his wound dressing or basic toileting care. The majority of the nursing and CNA staff have been rude to us or have completely ignored us. It was so bad that we even had one woman walk out of the room when we asked her to please explain what they were doing to my father. It has been so sad to watch and is scary enough that we are hesitant to leave him alone. So disappointing that The Spires fails to deliver when it’s needed the most.
This place is beautiful and the staff is so friendly, professional, and accommodating!
