It was a pleasure meeting Ms.Erica , who was very professional & answered all my questions. She really treats her residents as her own.
I’ve had a great experience with Highlands Senior Living in Rome, GA. The staff is caring, attentive, and truly treats the residents like family. The facility is clean, welcoming, and provides a comfortable environment for seniors. You can tell they genuinely care about the well-being and happiness of the residents. The communication with families is also appreciated, and the atmosphere feels warm and supportive. I would definitely recommend Highlands Senior Living to anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones.
Mrs. Erica McDaniel is an exceptional administrator who consistently demonstrates outstanding organizational leadership and operational excellence. She manages complex administrative systems with precision, ensuring that all daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. She’s very loving and kind. “I really like the layout of Highlands Senior Living. It’s designed that residents are never far from the activities or the dining area, which makes a big difference. Every time I’ve had an issue—whether it was with insurance or my mom’s room—they jumped right in and helped us get it sorted out. The rent is also much more reasonable than a lot of other places, but what matters most is that my mom is now back in the community where she and my dad lived and ministered for so many years. Being closer to family has been great.”
Kayla the assistant director has been amazing. The whole staff are very friendly and made my Mother feel very welcome. The facility is very clean and smells great. Its all one level and very easy for residents to get around. The directors office and nurses staion is in the very middle so they can see everything going on and make sure the residents are taken care of. I would definately recommend this place to anyone with an elderly parent who has to go in assisted living.
It is hard to turn over care of a loved one to a facility; however, Highlands Senior Memory Care, is making this transition smooth. Any time I need something for my mom or just want to ask a question, I am always met with positivity. The facility tries to include my mom in all activities but understands that sometimes the person isn’t ready for the stimulation or activity. I love how I can text most of the workers and get an immediate reply; therefore, I am always in the loop with my loved one.
This facility is a great place for Seniors. The staff and workers are friendly. I highly recommend Highlands to all my friends and family the food is also good. Great atmosphere. Try them today
We get to work closely with this facility and compared to most, they are a clean, professional, and supportive facility. Erica and Kayla are amazing and such an asset to the residents!
