Both of my parents live at Bell Minor. These nurses are so caring and patient. Even the front office people treat my parents like family. The vast majority of people at Bell Minor do whatever they can to make their patients happy. I get calls from the nursing staff for anything that happens with my parents, even a little rash. They are very attentive to patients. They even FaceTime me so my parents can see me if they need to. The facility is always clean. My mother has dementia and is deaf. She's extremely difficult to deal with. The nurses are wonderful to her. I don't know how they are so sweet. They are understaffed but they work extremely hard for these patients. I'm so thankful for these angels. I thank God for their kindness and their hearts.

Fantastic Staff, attention to detail and it feels like Family.
Nurse took my dads hearing aids. We searched and looked for weeks and couldn’t find them. Decided to ask the nurse about them and she had them in her desk drawer!?!? They were not hers!!! Why would she have them!! The nurse practitioner is VERY RUDE!!! I don’t recommend this place at all!!
