4.4 · 92 reviews6/18/26 My mom and I toured this facility after hearing about it from a friend. The facility was super clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and informative. We were greeted by various staff (wellness, activities, concierge, director) and some residents and were able to ask questions of each person. We were amazed at everything and everyone!
My friend was ready to move to an assisted living facility, so we toured different locations available in our area. Westhill was not only beautiful, but the staff was upbeat, caring and helpful. The activities director was enthusiastically helpful and made a positive impression from the first time we walked in unannounced. My friend has been there over two months now and is loving it. Her space is beautiful, and just what she needed!
Westhill provides a warm and welcoming environment every time I visit. The community is beautiful and clean, offering many wonderful amenities for its residents. The staff always has a smile on their face creating a friendly atmosphere. Kayla and LeeAnne have been a pleasure to work with when touring families.

Beautiful and clean community that feels like home when you walk in. I have had the opportunity to attend a few of the events that they open to the public. Interacting with the residents and staff, you can see how happy they all are!
We toured Westhill and loved it. We ended up on waiting lists with two memory care communities and the other one came open first. I still would highly recommend Westhill if you’re looking for assisted living or memory care.
I can not say enough about how wonderful the staff is at Westhill. My Dad, who is 86, has been at Westhill over 2 years and both of us could not be happier. Without the dynamic and committed nursing staff, Dad would not be alive today. He is a severe diabetic and they handle everything required for his complicated health care. In fact, the nursing staff spoils my Dad like my Mom did. The healthcare staff is so committed to the tenants, the executive team is the best it has been, and even the ladies at the front desk are always supportive and helpful! The staff has a very complicated job and one thing I can tell every day is that each of them are committed to doing their absolute best for the tenants at Westhill. I feel very confident that my Dad is getting the care, attention and support he needs to enjoy every day of the rest of his life. I ask my Dad continuously about how he likes Westhill - his last statement was “There are no bad days here!” Frankly, that’s says it all!
Westhill Crossing was amazing! One of the cleanest and best smelling assisted living places I've visited. The activities calendar was full of fun things to do. The only reason we did not choose WC was distance from the rest of the family. I however, would love to live there I'm older lol!
I am so grateful that my mother is receiving care at Westhill Newnan Crossing! We were the blessed recipients of their care with my father-in-law a few years ago and they were certainly our first choice when it came time for a place for my mother. The staff really cares and there is longevity there amongst some of them that speaks to their ongoing commitment to caring for others. Mom is flourishing there and we, her family, have the joy and peace of mind that comes with that happening. Thanks for all you do, Westhilll Newnan Crossing!
