Please!! Don’t send your love ones to this facility if you Really love,& care, very unorganized , outdated equipment, one of shift mgr.(Dialla) tried to treat me as if I wasn’t of sound mind, but to her surprised that I was only there for wound care, & occupational physical therapy that my insurance company had recommended, not knowing the Horrible Experience I would encounter, with food for nutrition was unacceptable. I left the next week ASAP after my family members were informed of facility member going through my belongings stealing sentimental possession even after I had 2 signs hanging…

Westbury has been SO amazing to my mom and our family! From the initial phone call to the first time we walked through the doors to each time we visit, everyone speaks and makes sure we don’t need anything. I love how they have activities and keep the residences engaged and also call me for weekly check-ins, just to let me know my mom is doing well and again, to see if my family needs anything. I was even able to check her out for the day to go do things! Anytime I express a concern or have questions, they jump right on it so I can appreciate the care and compassion.

The facility is clean, the staff members are all knowledgeable, friendly & courteous. They have a dialysis center onsite & they also offer activities for the residents there. I would strongly recommend this senior nursing facility to anyone looking for a nice facility with competent staff.
