4.3 · 33 reviewsThe Absolute Best!!!! So many good things to say!!!! First and foremost, they are clean, home is safe and beautiful esthetics. Staff is friendly and truly cares for the residents and personally, my brother, who has dementia. Highland Personal Care is just that personal, individualized person-centered care. The staff is working so well with my brother there, no seizures since he’s been there and no hospitalizations. Our mind is at ease and we love the staff there. Highland Personal Care Home continue to be Great and a Blessing!!!
I can't say enough about Highland Circle PCH. The caregivers they are awesome. They made my mother stay comfortable and safe. I would recommend this place.
My Mother complained that they yelled at the residents too much. She kept asking us to come and get her and said she will start walking if we don't. She has not made such a statement, since we moved her to her new facility over a year ago.

I brought my mother here from another facility. It is completely night and day. My mother has dementia and is diabetic. They have done a great job in regulating it. She is always clean with jewelry and nail polish when we go to her appointments. Kim is a godsend in helping with getting her all the resources she needs. I am very happy with their service. They really care the residents.
Highland Circle is a great personal care facility.
I want to thank everyone who makes Highland Circle Residence a place where our loved ones feel at home. From the first day my mom arrived, she felt great, even though she doesn't speak English. The home's assistants always do everything they can to help her. Thanks to the manager Kimberly and her assistants for all the daily help they provide to my mother.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Highland Personal Care Home and the exceptional care they provided for my granny. From the moment she moved in, the staff treated her with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion. It was clear that they not only prioritized her medical needs but also her emotional well-being, making sure she felt at home every day. I will always recommend them for care.
My friend has been staying at Highland Circle Personal Care Home. They've got an outdoor place. They have two homes. They use one of them to cook, like a kitchen. And then the other one is a bedroom for the people. They don't have a whole lot of people there. It always seems like it's clean when I go. They get attached to each other. They have a cafeteria. It seems pretty personal. It's kind of quiet there. They personalize everybody there. They let you take food in if you want to. It's a pretty nice place for what it is. They had flooring down in there that looked like wood. It was some kind of vinyl coating. I would recommend it.
