Was clea no bad smells. Good rehab room. Nice walking around the courtyard. Nice people. Is on the list of possibilities. Good tour. Thanks
Great place for your rehabilitation and recovery. This place is top tier, with a 1st class rehabilitation program, lead by Lissette Valentin, her and the staff are phenomenal. They take there time with individuals, they are supportive and they genuinely care about the patients. I’m not only an advocate but, I was a patient. I know 1st hand that this is the place to be if you want to rehabilitate and get back to living.
Nice facility & easy communication with the staff/administrators. I'm thankful they made sure my grandmother stayed hydrated & rehab was top notch.
I can only say that I had very good experience with nursing and a very good experience with rehab. I was only here at the facility for 4 days, but they got 4 days. Not they got me up. They got me walking when I first got there. I could not move my right leg. They would have to move it for me day. Day 3 i was walking around the therapy room with a Walker, and on the fourth day, I left to come home. I'd recommend this facility to anybody. But like I told a lady that was in therapy with me. You have to want to do it. You have to get up. You have to put in your effort, your time. Your mindset, because otherwise you're not going to make it. My mother had therapy there. In November and December, and it did not do her any good. But my mother was 91 and did not put any effort into it. She didn't want to do it, so she didn't do it. So I don't blame the facility. I blame my mother. But I tell you, I had the best nurses on all 3 shifts. The people in the office were great. The people in the cafeteria, the cnas, I could not ask for a better experience. So if you want to go there, to get well, go to Westbury and Jackson, because they will treat you like a human being. And I love that i was not a number is was treated like a person that needed rehab. And let me tell you about the therapist. They are so good. They all work together for your benefit. And i'm telling you, if it wasn't for larry, he pushed me, he I told him I wanted to work.I didn't want to lay in that bed.And he put me to work.Let me tell you and it got me out of there quickly too him and all the rest of the people. But I just remember, larry, really not push pushing me but pushing me if that makes any sense
Nate did a super job putting up my bird feeder! He was very polite and kind. He's a valuable asset to your company.

Everybody was nice and friendly and very helpful
Between my Dad and Mom over the last 18 months I’ve dealt with 5 different nursing and rehab centers. Westbury was by FAR the best we dealt with. From enrollment, to daily medicines, to rehab, to PA support, to discharge they get an A plus. Fayette Piedmont gave us a list to pick our top three for placement and questioned me when I did not go with a higher star rating. There system is broke. Westbury deserves 5 stars for every aspect of their care, communication and rehab work. Other places were no where near as efficient or helpful in this difficult time. Do not hesitate to select this facility. Do not believe the hospitals star ratings. A nicely painted building does not mean great care.
