Autumn Village Nursing Home has been a wonderful place for our family. From the moment you walk in, you notice how clean, welcoming, and well-kept everything is. The environment feels comfortable and caring instead of cold or institutional, which makes a huge difference. The staff members are one of the best parts of the facility. They are kind, attentive, and always willing to answer questions or help residents feel at ease. It’s clear they put real effort into building relationships with the residents and making them feel valued. There are always activities going on, which keeps residents…

It’s clear they put real effort into building relationships with the residents and making them feel valued. There are always activities going on, which keeps residents active and engaged. From games and social events to crafts, music, and outings, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. It’s nice seeing residents smiling, interacting, and genuinely having fun. The food has also been consistently good with decent variety and meals that residents actually look forward to. Another thing worth mentioning is the pricing. Compared to other facilities, Autumn Village offers fair and reasonable pricing for the level of care, cleanliness, activities, and overall attention residents receive. Overall, this facility provides a strong balance of compassionate care, cleanliness, engaging activities, and affordability. I would absolutely recommend Autumn Village to anyone searching for a nursing home for a loved one.
I’ve had such a positive experience with Autumn Village Assisted Living The staff truly go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable, cared for, and respected every single day. Everyone is friendly, patient, and attentive, and you can tell they genuinely care about the people living there. One thing that really stands out is the variety of activities and outings they offer. Residents always seem engaged, social, and included, whether it’s games, crafts, music, holiday events, or trips outside the facility. It creates such a warm and uplifting atmosphere. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality care for a loved one.
Great place! Everyone is very welcoming! Great environment! Great staff! If you have any questions about anything they will let you know or if they don’t know they will send you to the right person! If you’re looking for a wonderful place to stay I recommend here!
My mom has been living here for several years now. Take time to look through all the pictures that have been posted. You can see Autumn Village takes the time to keep the residents entertained with fun things to do. The staff is very friendly and caring. The lady that runs the place Byronette is awesome!
Spoke to a lady named Essence ( not sure if that’s even her name) she claims to be the administrator. She had to be the rudest person in healthcare! Just the thought of you caring for anyone’s family member is disturbing. If you don’t have patience to simply listen to someone over the phone there’s no way you have patience to care for anyone with dementia or Alzheimer’s. I suggest that you find a new source of income that does not require any communication with the public.
What a wonderful place to be at. Autumn Village 1 loves to keep them busy with game, partys, and all different things everyday. All the staff are nice and love all the residents with everything that they do. Been here for going on 6 years now and there's not a better place be at. Brynette Biles makes everything very special for each and everyone of them. We always have wonderful things going on. It's a great place to take anyone that loves to socialize. We have a great time here at Autumn Village One. Come on by, we would love to have you here.
This is the best place for family to stay. All employees are very nice and cared very much for their residence.
I visited Autumn Village in Jackson. They don't have independent living, they start at assisted living, and then there's an Alzheimer's part. It's much smaller, it doesn't have independent living, it's a more standard looking one, and not as nicely landscaped as the other one I saw. They were more expensive too, it's $3,000 a month, and up to $5,000. They have nice people working there. I didn't go in a room because it was last year when I visited, COVID was hot and heavy, so they wouldn't let you see much other than the office. They said they didn't have anybody with COVID though, and I was impressed with the things they were doing in order for people not to get it. They have one small room for people to get together. The place is really meant for people who cannot take care of themselves. It's a very small community, they only have maybe 25 people. I've talked to two people with relatives who are there or have been there and they're very pleased with the place. It has a good customer referral.
