This is a nice place over all far as cleanness. Liz Matos is very unprofessional. My mother’s clothes went two weeks without being washed, Liz is stingy on the food, my mother did not get her snacks when she was supposed to get her snacks per by ordered by her doctor. Medications 💊 given out by staff that are not properly trained by proxy. Liz wants to be in your business and everyone else’s. Liz is all for the money and not really for the residents. I tried pay her payment and she refused payment because it wasn’t the way she wanted. She put my 83 year old mother out via to calling the police for me to have my mother removed. She did not have the legal right to put my mother out. I was told this is not the 1st time this has happened to someone else. Just to say “GOD DOES NOT LIKE UGLY” if you don’t go along with what Liz wants it goes down hill from there. I would not recommend you not putting your loved one here. Liz is most definitely a LIER. She has a bad reputation. I heard things about her before putting my mother there, but I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt until I seen otherwise. When I seen otherwise then you’re done. Liz has a very high turn over rate of employees that I saw when my mother was their.

I am a resident of True Care as well as Sunrise. I recommend you stop searching , this is where you want to stay. Nice clean facilities, staff help in everything you want or need. I love it here. This is my second personal care home., I knew it was something better. I found it here.

Don't take your loved ones here!! Don't work here.

The older lady in the front office is very and I do mean very rude I wouldn't want my loved ones in the care of a person like that! Plus the lawn looks a mess you can't take care of your grounds how are you taking care of your people.

I went to Waverly Gardens of Evans. My mother didn't like that community at all. It was a small community, a small number of residents. The facilities were small, kind of outdated, had no modern conveniences, and the price was more than her income. The staff was nice, they gave us a very nice tour and good information. She promised to send me some information in the email, but she never did, so we're kind of disappointed as well. The residents were eating at that time when we were there. It was an older facility. The outside was nice, they did have a garden, they had an area for the residents to sit outside.

I visited at least about 15 in the area, and I liked Waverly Gardens of Evans the best. They offered what typical assisted living provides like breakfast, lunch, dinner, and assistance where needed. However, they did not have excursions, day trips or outings because they didn't have a bus or van or anything to take them out. Otherwise, I love it. Everything else was good. The staff was A1. I first went to the facility unannounced and I went there several times since, and each time they've been fully accommodating. The food looked good, nutritious, and seemed like a balanced meal. The place was very clean, and there were no smells such as urine or unclean areas. I had my mother with me the first time I was there, and the staff was having a storytelling activity with the group. The staff was asking them questions and they were eagerly answering. My mother also was totally engaged and laughing with the group and that was a good indication to me that they had activities that could interest the clientele.

Tapley's Personal Care Home wasn't good at all. I didn't like any part of it. I especially started out not liking their security because I walked through the entire facility before I saw one staff member. I talked with the owner prior to going there, and she was going to meet me to show me around, and she didn't show up either. It was really not a good experience. They had 1 bathroom to 18 clients. I walked through and I said hello to the residents, and they barely held their heads up at me. They were just sitting there, heads hung, no interest in anything, and not doing anything. I wouldn't want my mother in that environment at all. It was set up okay, but the bed where she would be sleeping almost looked like two stacked mattresses as opposed to a nice bed. The facility was not good at all to me. I didn't like the overall environment.

Very good home, clients love it and are well taken care of.food is great.
