Our family will always be grateful to Madison Heights Memory Care for the exceptional care, compassion, and dignity they provided to my mother during the last six years of her life. Our family will always be grateful to Madison Heights Memory Care for the exceptional care, compassion, and dignity they provided to my mother during the last six years of her life. Entrusting our mother to the care of others was one of the most difficult decisions our family had to make, but from the moment she became a resident, the staff at Madison Heights treated her as if she were a member of their own family. Their kindness, patience, and genuine concern for her well-being gave us tremendous peace of mind. The caregivers consistently went above and beyond to ensure that my mother was safe, comfortable, engaged, and respected. They understood the unique challenges of memory care and approached every situation with professionalism, empathy, and grace. Whether it was helping with daily activities, providing delicious meals, providing companionship, or simply offering a warm smile and reassuring presence, the staff made a meaningful difference in her quality of life every single day. What impressed us most was the love and dedication shown by everyone at the facility. The staff took the time to get to know my mother as a person, not just as a resident. They celebrated her good days, supported her through difficult ones, and always kept our family informed and involved. The facility itself was welcoming, clean, and well-maintained, creating a safe environment where residents could feel secure and cared for. More importantly, it was filled with people whose hearts were clearly invested in the residents they served. As a family, we could not have asked for a better place for my mother to spend her final years. Madison Heights Memory Care provided not only excellent professional care but also compassion, dignity, and love. We will forever be thankful for the remarkable team that cared for her and helped make this chapter of her life as comfortable and meaningful as possible. We wholeheartedly recommend Madison Heights Memory Care to any family seeking a safe, caring, and compassionate home for a loved one. Their dedication to their residents is truly extraordinary.

Our mother has been at Madison Heights for a few months now and loves it. The staff is wonderful and attentive to her needs. We are so pleased that we found a safe place for her.

My mother was there 2 years ago. Absolute WORST place that you can have your family! Her hip was broken, with no known cause, and she died 4 days later. The owner could care less about your family member, he made that very clear after my mothers incident. It was a a battle to get any information after her death and the owner and DON were extremely rude and nasty. That place shouldn’t be responsible for any dependant vulnerable adult, EVER!

My mother is well cared for by the entire staff. I have full faith knowing her needs are being met. I love the activities that are provided for the residents. Elvis is always my mom’s favorite! My mom is happy and healthy and that’s all I can ask for at this point of her life. I am so thankful that I found Madison Heights. The small resident to care giver ratio allows my mom to have the individual care she needs. I would highly recommend Madison Heights to anyone with a loved one with cognitive impairments.

Excellent Memory Care Home! They do their best to keep your loved one fed, well treated, and entertained. They do things with the residents. Field trips, petting zoos, music, dancing, going out to eat. The cost is lower than most memory care homes and I feel like they get the best treatment. The staff are all really nice and patient. Also, most of them have been there since they opened like 10 years ago. That speaks volumes! The staff cares about the residents. I can not recommend Madison Heights enough.

Not a fan of manager. They went up on their price over a few months almost[amount removed]. Their air conditioning kept going out. They had a league right outside my friends door. They had several days or you could not flush the commode. Their food was without flavor. They had told me that she could eat in her room she didn't feel like coming to the table but they never wanted to take her food in her room. They were supposed to clean the room but she and I ended up cleaning it most of the time. They had a man who kept coming in the rooms of the female patients and when I told the director that he needed to put him in a walker that wouldn't fit through the rooms so that he couldn't go in there He told me that he would get my friend [name removed] a key. Later when I ask him about the key he asked me if she was going to lock and unlock the door and I told him that he knew that she couldn't do that or keep up with it. So then she had to get somebody to come and help her lock and unlock the door every time. He finally came in her room and used the bathroom floor and slept in her bed and went through her clothes. Even the aids were telling him about this particular man but he did nothing. When the hurricane came through all of those older people ended up sitting outside all day long for over a week. His generators weren't worth the price he paid for them and I was told by someone who worked there that when they ran out of gas he was busy helping his mother and he couldn't bring gas for the generators. Some of the help was not very helpful with the patients. I had ordered some things for her from Amazon that were delivered over there and when Amazon said they had come and I couldn't find them I asked [name removed] about it. He Tell me he checked and nothing was there but in the meantime one of the deliveries showed up in our bathroom so I asked about the other package and he said that it never came.

My sister has been at Augusta Commons since [date removed] and she is happier there than she was at Madison Heights or Sodalis/Martinez. The activities director is excellent. She is so friendly and shows her love for all of the residents. It isn't fair for me to comment on the staff who take care of the residence because there was a complete turnover of staff by the time I took my sister out. There was also a new nurse so I shouldn't comment on her either. They have many great activities! They take them to lots of petting zoos. They upload pictures on their website.

My husband was well care for! He loved the food. They stayed with him all the way to his last moments to make sure he was clean and comfortable! They even made sure I was alright! It is a small home like facility it's made up of 4 small buildings! Each building is made to look like a house not a facility!
