4.3 · 55 reviewsThe receptionist Kristie was so rude. She huge up the phone in everyone face that would call to learn about the services provided. She should be fired for being so unprofessional. How rude of her. It is not safe hear with her a part of staff please investigate.
Our family has had a very positive experience with this assisted living community. The staff are consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely caring—they treat residents with dignity and respect, not just as patients but as people.

The Fountain is a great community. Their leadership is stable and value communication. The residents wishes are respected and the community focuses on letting them experience the most out of life. I truly enjoy working with this community. Thank you guys for offering the care you provide to our loved ones.
The nursing staff were always nice. The salesperson was very nice when we signed but cooled down afterwards. Probably the worst was my mom died on [date removed] and we had to have everything out by the [date removed], even though the funeral wasn't until the first. Probably standard business practice but it wasn't good timing.
My experience with your facilities was absolutely remarkable. My husband received top-class care and I always felt welcome to visit and attend any and all activities and events. My husband's condition has greatly improved and has remained great even months after his dismissal. The staff were friendly, resourceful, and hard-working individuals that helped meet my husband's very specific needs and gave me peace of mind.
