I would like to enlighten ALL, regarding the amazing STAFF @ this location. Each staff member serves a position obviously, BUT their purpose are in the details within each role they carry. They are personal with each individual with the intentions of being GREAT! Beginning with Lillian’s greetings, & “have a wonderful day”. Alexa, answering the most delicate questions for a loved one. Carmen, making sure she knows residents & visitors by name. Deana following up with a call in to replace or check any maintenance matter. The only thing I could question @ this point is how did the first…

I would like to enlighten ALL, regarding the amazing STAFF @ this location. Each staff member serves a position obviously, BUT their purpose are in the details within each role they carry. They are personal with each individual with the intentions of being GREAT! Beginning with Lillian’s greetings, & “have a wonderful day”. Alexa, answering the most delicate questions for a loved one. Carmen, making sure she knows residents & visitors by name. Deana following up with a call in to replace or check any maintenance matter. The only thing I could question @ this point is how did the first employee we met was Emily Owens! How did she get away? But PLEASE acknowledge these staffers because they have ALL set the bar for Newnan Lakes!!
Our family cannot say enough wonderful things about The Claiborne at Newnan Lakes, especially the Memory Care team. From the moment my mother became a resident, she was treated with kindness, dignity, patience, and genuine compassion. The caregivers went above and beyond every day to ensure she was comfortable, cared for, and loved. They not only cared for her physical needs but also took the time to get to know her as a person. Our family cannot say enough wonderful things about The Claiborne at Newnan Lakes, especially the Memory Care team. From the moment my mother became a resident, she was treated with kindness, dignity, patience, and genuine compassion. The caregivers went above and beyond every day to ensure she was comfortable, cared for, and loved. They not only cared for her physical needs but also took the time to get to know her as a person. It gave our family tremendous peace of mind knowing she was in such capable and caring hands. A special thank you to Dedrin, Katrina, Mary, Mel and the entire Memory Care staff. Their dedication and compassion made an incredibly difficult journey much easier for our family. We witnessed firsthand the love and respect they showed not only to our mother but to all of the residents. Thank you for making a difference in the lives of so many families. We are forever grateful.

This is a beautiful facility with a very warm and welcoming staff to take care of literally all of your needs under one roof. A BIG shout out to Annette Smith, Nicole and Alexa for walking me through the onboarding process for my mother. Annette went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and informed, as well as contacting a Physician’s office to advise of service needed for my mother. Priceless!
The Claiborne at Newnan Lakes is clean and welcoming with caring staff who truly look after their residents. The atmosphere is warm, and it’s clear they prioritize comfort, safety, and engagement. Highly recommend!
Every single time I come for a visit this community is spotless! I love walking in and always finding such a warm and welcoming staff. They have always been able to answer any questions I have and they continue to answer the phone when it rings!! They also have a wonderful activities program that caters to the physical and mental abilities of all wanting to join in the fun. It’s also taken care of and beautifully decorated!
Beautiful facility! The customer service was great and their resident activities are exceptional. Dining and management team gets an A plus from me!
This community is so beautiful and well-maintained. Most importantly, the Management Team is kind and addresses any needs I have quickly. I couldn't recommend this community enough!
