I found The Birches online when I started looking for an independent retirement community. I was just seeking information, not quite ready to commit to it, until Valencia took me on a tour. Then I was sold! She has helped me through every step of the process and has made it feel like home for me. The amenities are just what I needed. The food in the dining room is very good, with a variety of choices every day. There is a full calendar of daily activities. Medical support is nearby. The support of Valencia and the rest of the staff has been a great help and comfort to me during this huge change. I highly recommend The Birches on Maple for a retirement home.
