Brookdale of Carrollton has an amazing care staff. They are always friendly, they show compassion, and make you feel at home.
I visited this facility and the staff is friendly, the building was clean and it felt like home.

The nurse waste people time. 0/10
Reasonably nice place EXCEPT the food is awful. It has recently gone drastically down hill. No more grill items, powdered eggs at breakfast - absolutely just gross food. Fish gets old. If you get food delivered to your room/apartment, half of the time the order is wrong and half of the items you ordered are not there. People are old here and don't have a ton to look forward to. At the least, it could be decent food. The management team or owners recently switched vendors or lowered their food budget...for as much as we pay, the food should be good. This needs to change now!
