What has made Tender Hands Home Care such a great experience so far is their staff team...they have been great!!! We would recommend Tender Hands Home Care to other families who may need this service.
If there is a rating it would be 0 stars. We asked [name removed] to have someone come out to our house who could take vitals and change our father who has incontinence. Well I had to show her how to change him and she never took vitals. My mother called me to come over because she was hurting our dad and told [name removed] to stop what she was doing and she kept changing him as he screamed out in pain. When I let [name removed] know there reply was that she was very experienced. Really when you dont even know how to change a diaper brief is experienced. When you dont know how to roll…

When you dont know how to roll someone over gently without hurting them. When I am called in the middle of the night to come over from my mother because she wouldn't listen to my mom telling her to stop. She jerked the bed pad out from under my dad because she didn't know how to change it. Was asking my mother to help her as we are supposed to be paying for your services. BEWARE

Tender loving care is owned and operated by [Name removed] [Name removed]. She is a very compassionate, giving, and caring person. First time I took my husband to TLC, he told me he was not going in and he'd wait for me in the car. I went in and told [Name removed]. She went out immediately my husband got out and has been getting out of the car without being asked since that day. He actively participates in all the activities and [Name removed] sends me pictures of your text messages of his participation. He sleeps even better. Her staff are giving, compassionate and caring as she is. I'm so pleased with what [Name removed] and her staff have him doing. For him, tender loving care is a godsend and for me, too. We've been so truly blessed with TLC.
Tender loving care is awesome! Best adult day center anywhere. Staff is loving and supportive. The caring is beyond compare
