Sunrise of Johns Creek

Since QSL/Glenncrest took over Sunrise Johns Creek this Spring of 2026, Mom has had huge surprises on her monthly bill for services she didn’t get and doesn’t need and were never discussed with us. Meanwhile the quality of meals and level of care have not improved. She has gotten only one sponge bath in the last month. There are significant waits for help to get to the bathroom. Some caregivers are kind and skilled and to them we give our thanks. However the new management practices seem to involve adding extra charges for services that are at best mediocre or at worst nonexistent and fraudulent.

We have been extremely pleased with the care and attention my mother has gotten at Glenncrest.The place is clean,staff is friendly and she enjoys the food.Jordan has done a tremendous job over the past 2 years keeping up a constant stream of activities and outings that mom loves.We would definitely recommend Glenncrest as a good option for assisted living .

We had the pleasure of having Sylvia Senteza as our family member’s nurse. Sylvia was amazing. She was caring, attentive and patient during our visit. We felt comfortable asking Sylvia questions about the care our aunt was receiving. She was professional, polite and overall an amazing nurse. Thank you Sylvia for taking great care of our aunt.

Sylvia Senteza has been an invaluable part of our family's healthcare journey. As an LPN, she has always provided thoughtful guidance during illnesses such as the flu, recommended appropriate over-the-counter medications, and offered practical advice on nutrition, exercise, and healthy living. She is incredibly patient and kind, always willing to answer our many questions with compassion. I have no doubt she is providing the same exceptional care to the residents at Glenncrest at Johns Creek. Sylvia, thank you for all that you do.
