Moving Mom to Addington Place was the best decision we have made for our mother's care. In particular, I'd like to give a shout out to Kim K. for helping me navigate Mom's long-term care insurance. She is always kind and helpful, even when I bug her ten times in one day. 😊 She reflects the entire staff at Addington Place and everyone there are truly careGIVERS in every sense of the word.
This is a vibrant caring community in the heart of Johns Creek. Lots to do plus delicious meals. The staff is amazing with all they do for their residents. It is a great value.

The team at Addington Place is friendly, compassionate and helpful at every turn. They provide a warm, welcoming environment to their residents and their guests. The building is clean, tidy and well kept and they provide entertaining activities for the residents. Their leadership and care team is thorough and communicates well with their care partners as well.
We did write to Richard as well as other senior level and junior level management on 12/2/2025 and have not heard back from any of the five people we contacted. In our correspondence we included all the current economic data including the CPI of 3.0%, Assisted Living Facilities 2026 average increase of 4.2%, Senior Living Rent increases of around 3%-4%, Labor cost increases of 3.8%, Food price increases of 3.0%, and Commercial Insurance rate increase of 3.8%. These all average to a rate increase of 2.2%-4.0%, not the 9.2%-9.7% increase their investors are imposing. We have not heard anything from anyone.
I moved my 90 year old Aunt into Addington Place of Johns Creek one year ago and Thomas mentioned that the usual rate increase is 1-2% but absolutely no more than 3%. One year later they have a 9.7 rate Increase. Talk about false advertising. She is on a limited budget and her social security only increased 2.4%. She won’t be able to stay there with such an unreasonable increase. They state in their letter that this is what their investors have decided. Beware of Addington Place of Johns Creek
I am 100% thrilled that I trusted Kelly and my gut and moved my loving parents into Additon Place. This facility is so unique, unlike any other I have seen. It is one floor, so welcoming, the residents smile at everyone and keep their doors open to be welcoming to others. The staff is great, and my parents are safe and happy.
Addington Place is “The Place for Senior Living”… They exude hospitality, warmth, and TLC for your loved one. It is never an easy choice to have your parent, spouse or friend be at a point where they have to go to one of “those places.” Addington Place is not that. And it’s certainly NOT an “old age home.” It is a true community. You can go out and find other senior living environments that are far more expensive that may or may not necessarily deliver. And there’s far worse for sure. Addington Place is just right. It’s clean. It’s professional. The staff from the executive, medical, activities, and food services all deliver on customer service for the residents and families alike. They openly welcome suggestions and feedback. We were referred to the Addington Community for our family’s needs. So now “paying it forward” to refer this AMAZING PLACE to you…
