My grandma went there in perfectly good condition for a 90 year old. She couldn’t walk so she needed a lot of help with changing and going to eat dinner. We randomly got a call saying that she was in pain so she was sent to the hospital and got some x-rays. Turns out that her femur was fractured. About a month or two later she was sent to the hospital again for “stroke symptoms”. She started having seizures and was in a coma for about a week or two. She passed about two weeks later. They’re the reason for her passing. They need multiple lawsuits and they need to be shut down. If I could put zero stars I would. This place is terrible.

Horrible! My grandmother was here for a month. As soon as she got there, her entire countenance changed for the worst. We knew something was wrong right away and got her out immediately. I am so glad I did. We did not have a good experience there at all. I wrote in to the Ombudsmen and BBB and the director at the time (Marja) left shortly afterwards. From the sound of things, it hasn't gotten much better).

Sharon Youngblood ordered toner from my company and did not pay the invoice that is now at 90 days and going to collections. She lied, said a check was sent. That was over a month ago. She doesn't answer emails, phone calls. If they won't pay for items they purchase, why would anyone want to do business with company that blatantly lies. I give them a ZERO..

I would like to mention that the Activity Director is the best ever! My loved one is always very happy when she is with them. Everyone speaks highly of her friendliness, care, and full-of-love and energy that puts a smile on everyone’s face and mine. She treats them all very very good in a very special and loving way. I’m never disappointed when I visit and see her with them. She’s also great with keeping me and others visitors very pleased with our visit. I’m very happy that she’s there. She’s the best! Other family members and friends speaks highly of the Activity Director as well. I wish there were more stars I can give on here, five isn’t enough.

Tilly Mill’s staff and events for “mom and dad” are wonderful. Check out their social media as well! Ask for Sharon! She and the staff are a delight!

This place is the worst....bed bugs, cockroaches, ants and everything else in between....this place needs to be torn down and start all over from scratch, unprofessional and uncaring at its best. All they care about is money...so sad...

Excellent facility. Very attractive and clean.

My mother is very happy here, there were some major changes in management- all for the better. The manager and staff are very responsive and the activity director is wonderful. There are daily activities, bi weekly outings and weekly runs to WalMart. I would absolutely recommend this facility.
