Happy staff
Lovely facility, very clean. Wide variety of care,l offered, price was slightly better than comparative facilities. Michelle was so helpful, Supportive and informative while we were in a position that demanded ann urgent decision.

Staff seems friendly and kind. The facility is clean and homey. There are some activities outside of the memory care unit that I think some but not all the people from memory care would like, but they are not taken there.
I toured Brighton Gardens of Dunwoody. I liked everything about it. The facility is in great condition. The staff was very warm and friendly. I was impressed with the tenure of a lot of the folks on the staff. The amenities that were there all seemed like they were top-shelf. I saw a one-bedroom, and it was very nicely done. Lauren was very good.
So far so good. My mom has been there for a few weeks and had only reported positive experience. It's a little unclear what services are available is the only less than positive comment that she 's made but when she has asked for things they've been very helpful. She says the chairs in the TV movie viewing area are uncomfortable...
The staff and administration are very friendly and helpful. The communication is great and they keep the family informed of any issues, questions, etc. The staff seem to have a genuine interest and concern for the residents.
