My family’s experience with this facility has been exceptional overall. The caregivers and staff have shown kindness, compassion, and professionalism, and it has given us a lot of peace of mind knowing our loved one is being well cared for. The only negative experience I have had involved a receptionist named Leslie a few months ago. When I approached her with a brief question, she seemed more focused on a personal conversation than assisting visitors. My family’s experience with this facility has been exceptional overall. The caregivers and staff have shown kindness, compassion, and professionalism, and it has given us a lot of peace of mind knowing our loved one is being well cared for. The only negative experience I have had involved a receptionist named Leslie a few months ago. When I approached her with a brief question, she seemed more focused on a personal conversation than assisting visitors. Her response felt dismissive and unprofessional, and when I politely addressed the issue, she rolled her eyes and refused to take accountability for how she handled the interaction. Since then, I have tried to avoid asking her for assistance. First impressions matter in an elder care environment, especially for families navigating emotional situations, and unfortunately she did not represent the level of care and professionalism the rest of the staff consistently provides. Aside from that experience, our time with this facility has been very positive, and I truly appreciate the care my family member has received.
