4.1 · 40 reviewsHaborview Pierce County is an excellent care facility. I've had some friends stay here. One long term,, one short term and rehab. It is clean. The food is good. Everything revolves around the residents, as it should be. Resident specific care is what the residents get 24/7. It all boils down to the staff. They are kind and knowledgeable and they absolutely care for their residents..like family 💯 They work hard and love hard, and I recommend this facility for anyone needing help with their loved ones. Bravo!
Excellent Facility! Very clean and the staff is excellent! I’m so happy our little town has such a wonderful place for residents to stay and get the best care! 1000 percent recommend!
My dad is a resident here. It was not an easy transition for him at all. He's been here a while now and has settled as much as someone can outside their home. His nurse Erica Johnson is absolutely the best. I work a busy schedule and can't make it as much as I would like! She makes my dad feel like he's at home and helps him use his cell phone when he wants to reach me. She goes above and beyond to make sure he is as comfortable as possible and gets what he needs. I went to vist my nana on Triana hall and I can't express how impressed I was with the crew the cna mandi and chelsi was very helpful and the house keep allison did such a amazing job I could have been more grateful for such wonderful people
What a wonderful place to have my mom live! Harborview Pierce has many employees that radiate a pleasant smile and a willing attitude to help their residents. Everyone is knowledgeable and demonstrate a loyality of providing a safe and comfortable environment for their patients. Cathy Wynn, Business Manager, helps with filing my mom’s long term care policy benefits and answers all questions in a timely manner. Sheena Causer, Unit Manager, never hesitates to call my mom’s doctor when I ask and is very dependable to set up transportation to all appointments and to go room to room to check on all residents. Shay Holcomb, Leanna Sexton, Rhonda Smith, Kimberly Corneal and Katherine Douglas, CNA’s, do a brilliant job changing my mom, bathing her, brushing her hair, putting on cream and any other personal hygiene needed care. Melinda Wilson, EVS, keeps everything clean in the halls and in the rooms. Shelia Inman and Betty Kitchen takes care of the laundry. Thank you to Melanie Burkhardt, Social Services, Becky Bradley, Nursing and Mrs. McPherson, Director, for doing such a brilliant job of overseeing such a loving and caring facility. You help brighten the City of Blackshear.
My mother in law spent time in this facility after being very sick. This facility is the cleanest nursing I’ve ever been in. My mother in law loved the compassion she received from all the staff. She especially enjoyed working with Jody the PT who made sure she was prepared to return home!
This wonderful, loving Nursing Home has been the BEST experience for my sister. Everyone takes such good, personal care of her! I cannot express enough praise for Erica Fales, she goes above and beyond to care for my sister and she gives her incredible personal attention (even when she is not on the work clock)! My husband had to stay at this facility for rehab after breaking his ankle. Katie and Jody from therapy did a great job preparing him to return home!
