Ridgewood has taken great care of my mother-in-law since day one, when she became a resident in December 2025. The communication from the staff has always been excellent, and whenever an issue arises, it is addressed promptly and professionally. I understand that caring for residents in a nursing home setting is not always easy, and I've seen firsthand the dedication it takes. What stands out most is the compassion and kindness the staff show each resident. They consistently go above and beyond to make residents feel cared for, respected, and valued. Ridgewood has taken great care of my mother-in-law since day one, when she became a resident in December 2025. The communication from the staff has always been excellent, and whenever an issue arises, it is addressed promptly and professionally. I understand that caring for residents in a nursing home setting is not always easy, and I've seen firsthand the dedication it takes. What stands out most is the compassion and kindness the staff show each resident. They consistently go above and beyond to make residents feel cared for, respected, and valued. Great place
Very nice place. They care for their residents and families
I have a sister in Ridgewood in Dalton, a cna got mad because Patricia My sister was yelling and scared they were coming to bath her and the cna took Patricia shirt and stuffed it into her mouth they should have said something to let Partrcia know it was them so she would not be so scared , they let her go so long without bathing her feet good and her feet peel like a onion and her hair got so matted they cut her hair off on the back of her head, I will not go into any more
Seems like it’s about money. Just received a threat. If you can’t pay. Legal actions will be taken at the families expense. No phone calls prior to the threat. No compassion period. I hope no other family is being treated in this manor. Tried to call and the phones in a patients room. She asked me to see if they’d come get it.
