John and I have been residents at Royal oaks for three months now and couldn't be happier. The staff is more than helpful and kind. The servers in the dinning room are excellent while serving delicious food. The facilities are beautifully maintained and comfortable.
Royal Oaks is a gift to the Northwest Georgia region. Walking in feels good. The residents and staff are all kind and welcoming. It is safe. The apartments are lovely. The food is great. There are plenty of activities. The grounds are beautiful. My Mother moved in recently and loves her new home and community.

Royal Oaks is a fantastic place for senior adults that are tired of the burdens of their own home and the solitude that can go with that. This is a place where the staff knows the residents and goes above and beyond their duty to help them feel at home. This is true for the independent living side, as well as the assisted living facility. We recently experienced the transition from independent to assisted living at Royal Oaks, and the staff could not have been more helpful or caring before, during, and after the transition.
My sister has been a resident at Royal Oaks for several years. She recently moved from independent living to assisted living at The Gardens, next door. Shoutout to everyone who helped with this transition. We appreciate everything!!! assisted living
I came to Royal Oaks because I was tired of eating my own cooking. After a week, I realized that I didn’t have to cook, clean the kitchen, or put away the dishes. I do have to walk to the dining room, but that’s good exercise, and I get to eat with my friendly neighbors. As we eat, we laugh and joke with each other most of the time without food in our mouths, but sometimes, someone says something so funny, and you’re chewing some food or have just taken a drink. Well, that’s what the table napkins are for. Come join us. Ben Walker
We moved our Mom in The Gardens in February. We have been so pleased. From the start, Toni made us feel welcome and Mom has blossomed since she has been there. She misses her home but has made so many friends with the residents and the staff keeps her busy with the activities they have. Everyone is so friendly and they take such good care of her that we don’t have to worry about her at all. They call with any problems or questions immediately. We are so glad we have such a great place where Mom can be happy.
Great staff- super helpful- they go out of their way to make the residents feel at home and comfortable! They keep the resident’s family informed and are easily accessible by phone and text. Food is good and meets dietary needs of the residents. We are so pleased that our parents made the decision to make Royal Oaks their home!
