Every visit, I’m warmly welcomed by nearly all staff from the entrance to the custodial staff. They treat my mom with kindness and address her by name- letting me know they’re actually familiar with her. Shout outs to the Memory Unit! They are truly special people especially Ms. Sheryl… she needs a raise or a big bonus! Would give five stars except for laundry- clothes are often lost but I think they do the best they can & are likely under staffed in that department. Communication could be improved when it comes to incoming calls. It takes several tries for someone to answer the phones.…

It was great to hear laughter and see all of the smiles on resident and staff faces during activities! A very positive experience .
Iesha Mcbryde is very professional, shows me my medication she is so kind
They are not worried when your love ones clothes are missed placed are they get bleached and really by law they are responsible for replacing the items that are ruined and no the family is not responsiblefor washing the laundry because I am sure that there laundry being at the nursing home is apart of there care plan they need to be respectful for the residents belonging and think about if it was there loved one there how would they feel are act if there items were lost are missed placed.
Iesha Mcbryde the CMA was very good to me. when she came into the room, she talked to me, asked me how I’m feeling and how my day is going, none of the other ones did. They were very unprofessional, but Iesha was extremely kind and professional, and made me feel good.
I recently visited your facility May 1st and May 2nd. The place didn't smell that good, but my brother bed was made, room was okay it just needed a fresh smell to it. I requested some information on my brother and most of the requested documents wasn't up to date. Prior to my visit I called to get information and was not successful in receiving the requested information. The service by phone was not accurate, the phone service needs to be better, takes too long to get in contact with people. So, of the changes to my brother had not been shared with my sister who's the primary point of contact (that is very important to the family). We need a primary "point of contact" person to speak to if something isn't right or made clear to family members.
My husband was moved into a very filthy room. I showed on of the tech crumbs of food, pieces of paper, dust and other trash in every corner and under the bed. The sink, counter and bathrooms were disgusting. I brought my swifter and Clorox wipes to clean his room.
My concerns for my love one was taken care of expeditiously.
