3.9 · 64 reviewsLovely staff. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. My dad loved the food. All home cooking. Older place but well kept and clean. They go out of their way to help. I would recommend to anyone. We have used several and this was our best experience, by far.
We had an excellent experience with my mother's rehab at Pruitt. The caregivers were kind and attentive, always friendly and caring, tailored her menu for best recovery, and accommodated a few requests. The staff was communicative snd always available. They even took on the task of navigating insurance. Our mother improved exponentially and was in the best health and spirits I had seen in years. Parking and navigating the building were easy and the environment was peaceful and clean.
The staff is very kind and courteous . I sit in the dining hall many times putting a puzzle together with my mom just observing the staff keeping up with all the seniors is a job and they do a great job. The staff work hard on keeping the facility very clean.

my mom was there in November/December 2025 the place was horrible not kept clean. staff gave my mom someone else's medication. she ended up getting rhino virus because they were not properly taking care of her. they would leave their patients in bed all day so they wouldn't have to deal with them. when a nurse was called it would take them 45 minutes or longer to get there if they even showed up
My dad has been at Pruitt for almost 2 years and they really take the extra measure to make sure that you, as a family member and advocate, are satisfied with the care your loved one is receiving. Many staff members have been there for decades which says a lot in this industry. They really do make it feel like family. The residents family members visit often and it is a welcoming environment.
Pruitt Health takes good care of my mother in law and the staff is so nice. Lorie Humphries is the BEST.. She works so hard to take care of our Medicaid issues. Stacy at the front desk is great too and is always so helpful when I call.
