4.5 · 35 reviewsThe community is clean, the staff is friendly, their retention is decent, and the residents seem happy. It’s in a great location and a huge plus that it’s ranch style versus multi-level. Their events are normally a huge hit as well!
Friendly staff. Great exec Director. Great facility manager and activities Manager. Clean, bright facility. There is Some concern they've been without an on site Wellness Director / Nursing Director for several Months
My father is comfortable at the Retreat in Jasper. The staff take good care of him. I have a 4 for administration because there has been turnover since he moved in. Overall, it's a good place and I recommend it.

Welcoming and Beautiful! The staff at the retreat is the best! I look forward to each time I get the chance to stop by and say Hi! I would definitely recommend this community to my family and friends.
Our family has been very pleased with the level of care and service provided by a great team at The Retreat. The facility is always clean, and the staff meet you with a smile. Due to a loved one's urgent care needs we had to find a suitable facility quickly that could provide the care we needed after hospitalization and rehab. The Retreat staff made a difficult time easier to navigate.
Not only is the facility gorgeous, spotless and welcoming, the people who work there are so loving to the residents. I can contact management at any time and they partner with me to make sure my loved one is taken care of.
I have already referred several people. Very happy with their sincere care of my father
