4.6 · 10 reviewsMy mom has been in Memory Care for 2-1/2 years at Poplar Creek. She gets very good care and the family atmosphere here is noticed immediately. Her level of dementia is severe, but I can sleep at night knowing she is safe and cared for. We visit frequently and take part in activities offered. Family visits are encouraged and the activities person does an excellent job to keep the residents involved in fun, interesting activities! I highly recommend and love Poplar Creek for the wonderful job they do.
The director of Poplar Creek Senior Care was very knowledgeable and personable. He took time to explain everything. He was just a super nice guy. It's kind of a small sort of homey place. It had a nice atmosphere. The common areas, living room areas, and visiting areas are very homey. They had traditional furnishing. It did not have any odor. It smelled nice. It was a pleasant atmosphere. We looked at some rooms. They don't have any availability currently, so the rooms that we peeked in were occupied. We got a good sense of the layout of the rooms, the size, and how much you could bring in there. Everybody was very friendly, welcoming, pleasant, and personable.
My mother-in-law has moved into Poplar Creek Estates. We think it's great. We love that it is small, and the employees are very nice. Her room is nice and spacious. They have some activities.

They will take very good care of your in-laws, The room sizes and the layout of the community are good. It is easily accessible. The food was good. They have outdoor space for the resident to use. Overall it has been a very positive experience.
Great clean facility with knowledgeable help in management to assist with financing and our caretaker is a blessing
I could not personally or professionally say enough great things about The Suites at Poplar Creek. I personally know the director and some administrative staff and they are responsible individuals that truly care for all of their residents and staff. The facility grounds are very well kept and maintained. When I visit, I get more of at-home feeling and positive atmosphere. The CNA's have all been very helpful when assistance is requested. All in all, it is somewhere that is highly recommended and valued in LaGrange, GA. There is no better feeling than being able to trust the safety and comfort of loved ones in someone else's care.
This was a smaller community and the staff did a very nice job showing us around, they took their time and answered all our questions. I just did not feel that my dad would be a good fit here as it did not feel there would be enough going on here to keep my dad busy.
The executive director of this community has been cordial and made us feel welcomed. The community is very well run. The residents are very nice. Mom has not complained about the food. They do offer daily activities and the community is kept clean. The care is good and I would recommend this community.
