Florence Hand Home has always taken exceptional care of my family over many years. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and caring. I highly recommend Florence Hand Home.
Staff is very pleasant. Nurse Amy is very caring and exceeds in providing services to patients. The food is usually pretty good for a care facility. Only criticism I have is that wifi password should be mentioned at new patient meetings.

I was at Florence Hand for a year and half. The staff shows you the same respect you show them. Some days they have 8 or more patients to care for. Of course you are going to find some care givers who are better than others but don't blame everyone for a few bad care givers. I would go back if they would let me.
They take very good care of my mother. She seems to enjoy all the activities please with all the CNA‘s and nurses.
My Mom is 98 and she live at Florance Hand, the care is first class, the building needs some updating but the staff and nurses are the very best!!!
I feel the staff and the leaders at Florence Hand really do care about the residents and their staff. I see happy faces on the residents majority of the time and that says a lot! I have only experienced a professional, kind , and loving atmosphere
