The people are very nice in this community. I’ve met so many wonderful ladies through our weekly Bible Fellowship on Thursday mornings. That allowed me to meet so many nice people. And we regularly go to lunch after the fellowship on Thursday afternoons. I’m close to my sister in Canton and I like the fact that there’s a Kroger Shopping Center across the way, and Publix is less than a mile down the road. They’ve been doing a lot of…

I bought my condo/home in July 2021 and I’ve lived here ever since. It’s a very quiet, nicely landscape community nearby to stores and restaurants for convenience. The people are very nice in this community. I’ve met so many wonderful ladies through our weekly Bible Fellowship on Thursday mornings. That allowed me to meet so many nice people. And we regularly go to lunch after the fellowship on Thursday afternoons. I’m close to my sister in Canton and I like the fact that there’s a Kroger Shopping Center across the way, and Publix is less than a mile down the road. They’ve been doing a lot of roadwork and building in the last few years and that has been frustrating, but it doesn’t diminish how much I like the community.
Great over 55 neighborhood. Have lived here for 3 years. I researched many 55 neighborhoods and am very happy with my choice. There is an active Home Owners Association. The HOA has dedicated volunteers who spend many hours ensuring our neighborhood is welcoming , with different activities for everyone. An additional benefit is a local Handyman who is always available to help with small to large projects. Most of us have small dogs which is a great way to meet neighbors.
