The staff is always so attentive to the residents and the make the place feel like home
Front desk clerk / receptionist or whoever answers the phone needs to be in the back. Extremely poor phone etiquette!

What we like the most about the Oaks is how kind they were to my mom. Her room was always clean. The food tasted good. They could improve on the music ., it was always a little loud and not from my mom's era.. too current music .. the residents spent a good bit of time just sitting and being bored., but they did do some fun things with them.
The staff is friendly however there is high staff turnover and the food is not well prepared. In memory care when the patient was unable to complete daily dressing function the staff was not as attentive. We came in November and the front desk, staff, nurses and directors have changed.
Everyone was very friendly. The community environment was very nice. The only negative I could find was the outside needed a good power wash ( I understand that was scheduled) and the outdoor space in back needed a bit of landscaping. Overall a very nice place for a senior loved one.
