Azalea Estates Offers an impressive variety of activities and programming that help residents stay active, Engaged, and connected. It's clear that they focus on enhancing quality of life, not just providing care. The staff are all warm and welcoming and the food is great as well.
From the moment you walk into Azalea Estates of Fayetteville, you can tell this is a well-run community. The staff are friendly and attentive, residents are engaged, and the leadership team clearly takes pride in creating a welcoming environment.

One of the things that stands out most about Azalea Estates of Fayetteville is the longevity of its staff. Having so many dedicated employees who have been with the community for years (several over 25 )says everything about the environment they have created for residents.
The dining experience at Azalea Estates of Fayetteville is excellent. The meals are delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and provide residents with an experience that feels much more like home than an institution.
I’m concerned that I go to visit a friend and see most of the staff sitting around on their phones for hours while some residents are calling out for assistance. When it comes to assisting that is few and far in between as a have asked for assistance for my friend to no avail Disappointing.
My mother has developed dementia and the Azalea staff has been helpful, friendly and understanding. Though the facility doesn't advertise memory care, they help the residents anyway they can. Dementia is ubiquitous among the older population. Azalea realizes that and they are making do. I'm on a first name basis with the head nurse. She is experienced in dealing with the difficulties Azalea residents may present. Dementia included. Medication distribution has become essential for my mother. The games and entertainment make the day go more smoothly. BINGO everyday at 2:00 PM. Overall, Azalea is helping my mother live more comfortably rather than living alone in a big house.
Azalea Estates has been a blessing for my 92 year old mother. The facility is beautiful, clean, and my mother loves the food there. The staff and her nurses have been very kind and supportive of my mother during her two monty respite stay. Whenever there was a very small concern I only had to call Mirna and it was taken care of. When my family visits my mom she is happy and in a good mood. She loves the activities, entertainment, and the church service.
