My husband was sent here from the hospital where he had excellent care. This place is disgraceful. The employees could care less about you. I agree with another post I saw on here. They put diapers on them and will not come to clean them up. My husband would finally get to the bathroom and make the biggest mess trying to clean himself up. He had to beg to get his pain meds and argue with them about what he was supposed to get. 5 days of hell and he had a heart attack in the bathroom trying to clean himself up. Had to call 911 himself to go to hospital. 2 days later he passed away. I think the…

Had to call 911 himself to go to hospital. 2 days later he passed away. I think the stress from being there and what he went through caused it. I wouldn’t put my worst enemy in there. Of course when I talked to them no one knew anything. The only thing good there was the physical therapy people were very good for the 2 days he got it. The food was very good. The rest of the place needs to be closed down.
This nursing Home is the best at care and rehab, the food is always done professionally and well prepared, everyone follows protocol whether it pertains to medical coding, bacteria prevention, special dietary requests and or activities. This place is amazing ,I really think it’s due to the diligence of the nurses and especially The hard work the Administration. They actually listen and understand the residents and families.

Never got a call back from director about my concerns, which is fine, just shows me it’s not the place for us. To long to put on here but if you have loved ones there you better go check on them, and make sure they do not have them mixed up with another paient. Wonder why they do not have reviews available on Facebook? Well my point was made, I already called and the director never called me back, so just shows the replies are generic and there are no concerns as long as the checks clear
I loved my experience. Friendly staff and I had a great talk with the Administrative Director Machele she really knew her stuff. This Nursing Home has my vote of confidence.
