They acted like they didn’t know she had a wound. She needs to be moved every couple of hours and they keep her laying flat. We even brought wedges, but they just sit beside her bed. She has milk in her request and they argued about bringing it to her. She had her clothes with her and now 7 pieces are missing and they are dressing her in other patients clothing which were dirty with dried blood. Very disturbing how this facility is treating her and how I hear…

I can’t say enough great things about this senior living facility and the incredible staff who care for my father every day. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed, respected, and supported. The team is professional, compassionate, and truly treats residents like family. Communication is always clear, the environment is clean and uplifting, and the level of attention they give each resident brings real peace of mind to our family. Knowing my parent is safe, comfortable, and surrounded by people who genuinely care means everything to me. Thank you to the entire staff for the patience, kindness, and dedication you show daily it does not go unnoticed!
MeSun Senior Living? • Public • My brother in law was in the facility for around 8 months. When he was first admitted they seemed nice it was a brand new facility. After a certain time he was pushed to go in hospice. He wasn't being checked on like he should've been. He wasn't being treated fairly. My sister in law, his wife was receiving threatening letters telling her a to find a different place for him. Eventually she did pull him out and requested a refund for the time she paid for in which he was no longer there. She was lead to believe it would be refunded, however they have back tracked the Refund. He is 76 with declining health. His wife is 75 and had to hire a lawyer to stop the harassment and threats. The foid they serve was subpar. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone that loves their loved one.
