Arbor Terrace South Forsyth

My father who lives there and myself have had a great experience with Arbor South Forsyth. From the moment you walk in the facility and are greeted by Darlene you have a welcome home feeling. She is very personable with a fantastic smile. You always are made to feel valued when she is there. I also want to mention Bria and Hannah 2 of the caretakers that always are friendly and seem to truly enjoy helping the people living there. You may be able to find a better place but I wouldn't bet on it!

We don't have any experience with someone living there but my wife and I took my mother for a tour. I was very impressed with how much time Jennifer gave us. She made sure to understand what my mother's likes and dislikes are and then went from there. The facilities look great to me and I feel like the average person needing assisted living would be very happy here. Lee, the entertainment director came over and introduced himself and seems to be another strong suit of the operation. We were there during his Mother's Day brunch which looked to be a big success with piano player and all. We met several other employees, including Lisa at the reception desk, and everyone was very kind.

Deciding on a place for my dad was not easy. He needed more than assisted living, but not the full level of memory care. The Bridges community at Arbor Terrace provided just the right place for him. As he has settled into his new home, I have been so impressed by the staff and the care they provide. They have taken the time to get to know him and help make his experience the best it can be. It starts with Darlene at the front desk (most helpful person ever!) and extends throughout the building. Arbor Terrace has given my family a sense of peace when it comes to my father’s care.

Arbor South Forsyth has been a blessing for our family. The team there is first rate Jennifer, Sara and Makieu have been wonderful in helping us transition our Mom to the community. From the minute you walk in the door you're greeted by smiling and helpful faces. The property and apartments are lovely. The meals are amazing. The move for our Mom has been easier than expected. The entire support staff from the front desk, health team, dining room, activities and office are so positive. The environment is peaceful and accepting. We are there alot and everytime we leave we feel secure in knowing our Mom is well taken care of.

My wife and I had the pleasure of touring Arbor Terrace South Forsyth, and we were truly impressed with both the community and the experience. Jennifer Valiquett was exceptional—warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping families navigate what can often be a big and emotional transition. She took the time to understand our perspective and answered every question with care and clarity. The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and incredibly welcoming. What stood out most to us was the thoughtful design and the genuine sense of comfort and dignity for residents. As professionals who work with families going through important life transitions, we see firsthand how valuable it is to have trusted resources like Jennifer and her team. Arbor Terrace South Forsyth is clearly a place where seniors can thrive, and families can feel confident in their decision. We would highly recommend Jennifer and her community to anyone exploring senior living options.
