Extremely Flammable. Do not recommend.
We toured Marshall Square when we were looking into options. We didn't choose it because it was too expensive, and seemed a little impersonal. It burned down shortly after our tour, and was no longer an option anyway.

We looked at several retirement centers and were ready to sign a lease agreement on one when we heard about Marshall SquareRetirement Resort. Our first visit convinced us that this was THE place and my husband signed on the dotted line, which was very unusual for him! With much regret we left our very comfortable home in Spring Lakes Subdivision, but after one night here this was HOME. We have met so many wonderful people here who are now a part of our extended family. The opportunities for fun and fellowship are endless. The food prepared by Chef Jeff and his staff is excellent.
This truely is like living on a cruise ship...without the water! The apartments are roomy, staff is great, residents are friendly and EVERYTHING is included, the food is wonderful (three +meals a day). I was even allowed to bring my small dogs. I couldn't have asked for a better place to live. Location is super. Lots of activities to keep us entertained. I LOVE it here.
Mom moved in Marshall Square January 2015. She is very very happy. The staff is exceptionally nice and helpful. The resort is well maintained and managed. Mom loves all the activities scheduled each day and the interaction with the other tenants. Marshalls is just as it was advertised. It is like being on a cruise ship but on dry land. If you are looking for non-assisted living I would strongly suggest giving Marshalls a look.
I have never had such fun as going to MARSHALL SQUARE for lunch. the food is out of this would, and those who know me, know that is one important thing to me. The grounds are kept well, and the pool looks inviting. The building is new and very well build, not to mention how well it has been decorated. I would love to make this place a home, and not just a visit.
My father really likes the studio apartment and he put a deposit down to reserve a room. Thank you so much for your help!
